MORE ABOUT ME!

Well, first of all I would like to thank you for visiting my new homepage site.  As you can probably tell (and if you can't, well I'll just tell you anyway so that you are aware), it has been an extremely tedious and difficult task to recreate my 'new' homepage.  If you like the website and it's construction, please let me know.  Also, if you would like animated graphics, banners, or even your own homepage constructed by me, please mail me.   Click on the rotating email link on the left frame.

Yes, that person below is me.  I have to admit it is not very recent.  It was taken in November of 1997.  Despite that, I think I still look exactly the same.  I don't really know why people include a page like this in their web pages.  If you are looking at this page right now, I would probably guess that you came upon it by because you're in my Tech Class at Animo Justice Charter High (or maybe because you happened upon it by accident!).  But anyway, since this is my 'autobiographical page', I believe that I should tell you a little about myself.
My real full name is Narciso Claveria deCastro Aguda, Jr.  Yeah, yeah, I know it's a LONG name...and it's also a LONG story that you can ask me about later.  Jay R comes straight from the suffix "Jr." as it would be written out J.R. It's the most common name that people call me.  I'm a full-blooded Filipino (actually FIL-AM).   Presently, I am 27 years old and my birthday is February 24, 1980.  I used to live in the wonderful town of Delano, California (located in between Fresno and Bakersfield), however I now live in Los Angeles, California.

Education: I received a Bachelor's of Science in Physiological Sciences (with a Minor in Neuroscience) from UCLA in 2003.  I then took a year off for personal R&R and continued with a Master's Degree in Education from UCLA and graduated in 2006.

Job: Presently, I'm teaching at Animo Justice Charter High School in South Central Los Angeles. I enjoy teaching technology because I believe it is an integral component of our society today and students need to be aware of the networks being generated by it's interplay in our culture daily.

I
guess you could call me a musician.  I play a number of instruments: Keyboards (my primary instrument), guitar, and drums.  Other instruments I "dabble" with are the Clarinet and the Bamboo flute (Mabuhay!).  I also enjoy singing and composing songs.

I just recently got a dog named Jack. He's a pure-bred Miniature Beagle. So crazy, so fun, so cute. His pic is right here.

Well, it has been fun speaking to you and telling you all about myself.  I hope I didn't bore you to death.   Enjoy the rest of this site! If you'll be leaving now, I would like to say thanks for visiting and I hope you come back soon to check on constant updates.

Take care and God bless.  Jesus Loves You
